When you refer, you earn
Arborist referral program: earn up to US$2,000 per referral, plus a five-company bonus
Introduce ArboStar to a tree care company that would benefit. When they become a paying customer, you earn US$300 to US$2,000, depending on the size of their annual contract.

Rewards are paid in US dollars on the referred company's first-year contract value. Annual plan: paid within 90 days once they have signed, finished onboarding and made the upfront payment. Monthly plan: paid after 6 months of active use with every invoice paid. ArboStar customers get the reward as a credit on their own invoice or renewal, or can ask us for another payout; everyone else is paid by bank transfer.
Five-company bonus
When the first five companies you refer become paying ArboStar customers, you earn a one-time US$2,000 bonus on top of the per-referral rewards. No time limit applies. If you are an ArboStar customer, you also get 2 months of your subscription free.

Who to send our way
Any tree care company that quotes, schedules and invoices work with crews in the field: residential and commercial tree services, plant health care, multi-location operators and municipal forestry departments. You'll often hear the owner say something like this:

Already an ArboStar customer, or already talking to us? That referral will not count as a new one.

The rules
Questions referrers ask
Who can join?
Anyone: owners, crew leaders, climbers, ArboStar customers, and people outside tree care who know a tree company owner. You do not need to be a customer to refer one. Suppliers, dealers and associations that want an offer for their own customers or members: see Industry Partners.
When do I get my link?
As soon as you join. It comes by email, together with your invitation to the community.
What counts as a qualifying referral?
A tree care company that is not already an ArboStar customer and is not already talking to our sales team, and that signs an ArboStar agreement, annual or monthly, after coming to us through your link or naming you when they sign up.
When is my reward paid, and how?
In US dollars, on the referred company's first-year contract value. Annual plan: within 90 days once they have signed, finished onboarding and made the upfront payment. Monthly plan: after 6 months of active use with every invoice paid. If you are an ArboStar customer, the reward comes off your own invoice (monthly plan) or your renewal (annual plan), or you can ask us for another payout. Otherwise we pay it by bank transfer.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. Introduce us and send your link. We contact the company only once they have asked us to, and the demo is theirs to book or skip.
Is there a limit?
No. Refer as many companies as you like. When the first five of them become paying customers, you also earn a one-time US$2,000 bonus on top of the per-referral rewards, with no time limit. ArboStar customers also get 2 months of their subscription free.
Can I refer my own company, or a second location of it?
No. Companies you own or work for do not qualify. A separately owned company does, even if you know the owner well.
What does the company I refer get?
A demo booked through your link, and the onboarding and training every new ArboStar customer gets. There is no separate discount for the companies you refer: the referral reward is yours.
