About Ollie

From Wiltshire to Victoria

Ollie is originally from the UK and spent his early career around Wiltshire and the south west of England. He moved to Australia in 2015 and has worked both for others and for himself.

Today he does specialist arboricultural work in large tree retention and tree support, and trains and assesses other arborists. In 2026 he won the Arboriculture Australia award for education and training.

He sits on the committee of the Victorian Tree Industry Organisation, speaks at industry events and competes at a high level in climbing competitions in Australia and in the ISA Asia Pacific chapter.

With Tree Focus Arboriculture he is building a client list across consultancy, contracting and education, and he is new to ArboStar.
