RAI is currently in beta, giving early adopters access to selected assistant modules while we refine and expand features. This phased rollout ensures stability and lets you try new tools early, providing feedback to shape RAI’s development.

How secure is AI access to my data?

Security is our top priority. Each assistant operates under strict, permission-based access — and all information stays fully within your company’s AI environment. No data is ever shared with or transmitted to external parties. You control what each module can access or automate, and every action is logged for full transparency.

Does RAI work offline / in the field?

Yes. Core RAI modules work in offline mode so crews can keep working without connectivity. Data is automatically synced once the device reconnects, ensuring nothing is lost and operations stay up to date.

Can I opt in to just one assistant initially?

Absolutely. You can start with a single module, such as RAI Reception or Estimator, and expand later. This allows you to gradually integrate RAI into your workflows without disrupting existing processes
